Festivities
The Beacon House can be an idyllic location for a celebration. Festivities here include nuptials, birthdays, affirmations, hen weekends, the summer solstice. They have all been intimate, unique and memorable. Some have used outside caterers; at others friends and family have provided the fabulous food. The beach below, including The Street (the spit that stretches out 1/2 a mile or so at low tide) adds a wonderfully atmospheric environment to every event; the veranda and wrap-around deck ensure the sea is ever present. The team at The Beacon House can provide a complete event or elements of it, offering planning, chefs, photographers, designers, artists, entertainers.
Licensing ceremonies are from £500 (with the equivalent payable to Kent County Council) and festivities from £20 per person over and above the 10 the house can sleep. Accommodation is from £400 a night assuming usually 8 people for a three-night stay.
